Mike Fielder
Dayton Office

 

Mike Fielder is a general law practioner in Liberty County, Texas where he has worked for the past 41 years.  Mike has practiced in many areas of law including tax collections for the past 23 years.  His formal training includes a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University and a Jurisprudence Doctorate from Baylor University School of Law where we served on the Baylor University Law Review.

 

Mike is a member of the State Bar Law Section, Real Estate, Trust, and Probate Law Sections as well as the Litigation and Consumer and Commercial Law Sections.

 

Mike is a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Dayton.

Brandon Davis
Liberty Office

 

Brandon Davis, a partner in the firm, lives and works in Liberty County.  Brandon was born and raised in Liberty, Texas, graduating from Liberty High School in 2002.  After law school Brandon returned to Liberty and joined Fielder & Gunter as an associate.  In 2013 the firm was renamed, Fielder, Gunter & Davis, PLLC, when Brandon was made a partner.  The firm currently represents and advises cities, school districts, water supply corporations, and other governmental entities in various matters including tax collection.  Brandon has a very diverse practice where he represents individuals in estate planning, probate, real estate law, commercial litigation, personal injury law, and child protection cases. 

 

Brandon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Texas A&M University in 2006, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2009.

 

Brandon is a member of many local organizations.  He currently serves as president of the Liberty ISD Education Foundation and president of the Liberty Chapter of the Salvation Army.  He is also a member of the Liberty Rotary Club and teaches Sunday school at North Main Baptist Church in Liberty.
